Meet GrovPods. Your app just got more possibilities.

GrovPods are here! Six practical tools you can switch on in your own GrovLink app, with more on the way.
Help someone start a budget. Give a new volunteer a little training before their first day. Put a private journal within reach when someone needs a moment to reflect. We're excited about what this opens up for your organization and the people you serve.
GrovPods are a growing library of tools, modules, and mini-apps. You choose which ones belong in your app. Turn them on, connect them to your resources, and give your community a place to begin.
Your app. Your choice of tools. More ways to support your people.
Put the tool where the moment happens
Imagine you're announcing an upcoming financial management workshop. Along with the outline and preparation documents, you attach Simple Budget. Someone reading the announcement can open the tool right there and explore it before the workshop begins.
That's a small addition with a useful purpose: connecting something you're teaching with a way to practice it.
The same idea extends to volunteer training, client onboarding, classes, and all those informal teaching moments that happen in nonprofit work. A short Microlearning lesson could help a volunteer prepare. Goal Tracker could support someone working on a new life skill.
Pods can be linked or attached to other items in your app, so they can show up alongside the information and encouragement you're already sharing.
From zero to something
Simple Budget is designed for someone beginning to pay attention to their money and build a budget-tracking habit. They might be working toward getting out of debt or simply trying to understand where their money goes.
We don't expect it to replace a full-featured budgeting app. Someone may eventually want more detail and more options. Great! If a simple tool helped them build enough confidence and consistency to want more, it served a useful purpose.
That's the idea behind these tools: a manageable first step, with room to keep going.
A first budget. A goal checked today. A few minutes of reflection. Starting counts.
Some people may use a Pod for a long time. Others may outgrow it. Our aim is to help someone get from zero to something they can build on.
Six Pods to get things growing
Simple Budget supports financial management education with a practical place to begin budgeting and put money-management skills to use.
Goal Tracker helps people set goals and track progress daily, alongside life-skills work or their own personal priorities.
Job Search brings local job listings into your app. Clients can save opportunities that interest them and apply within your app.
Verse of the Day offers scripture readings, commentary, and videos for faith-based organizations.
Journal gives clients, volunteers, or staff a personal space for reflection.
Microlearning brings bite-sized learning into your app: support between sessions, volunteer training, onboarding, or regularly updated material that helps donors understand your work.
You choose the tools. Personal entries stay personal.
Your organization controls which Pods are available. Choose what fits your community; there's no need to turn everything on.
Budget entries, goals, and journal reflections can be deeply personal. GrovPods are designed to keep those personal records on the user's device, without cloud sharing or sharing their contents with your organization. Aggregate usage information is separate from those personal entries.
Offering someone a place to practice or reflect shouldn't mean your staff gets to read what they write.
A growing part of GrovLink
GrovPods also help explain how we're rethinking our plans. Starter provides your core organizational app. Growth adds the GrovPods library. Program builds on Growth with custom modules or flows shaped around your organization. We'll share pricing details separately.
And we're already thinking about what comes next: Simple Workout, 12-step recovery tools, and simple meal planning and tracking. Each starts with the same question: what would make it easier for someone to begin?
Think about one thing your community is learning to do. A first step you encourage, a habit you're helping someone practice, a new volunteer you're preparing.
Now imagine putting a useful little tool right beside that invitation. That's what we're excited to bring to your app.
