We build and launch your branded app

Your app goes live on the Apple App Store and Google Play under your organization's name and branding. Your community downloads it as yours, not as "GrovLink."

For organizations with multiple affiliates, chapters, or campuses, each location gets a scoped experience within the same app, with the right content for the right community.

Setup minimum and initial term

Setup minimum. Each paid tier has a minimum one-time setup due at kickoff: $499 on Starter, $799 on Growth, and $1,199 on Program. That covers your standard launch: onboarding in GrovLink, configuring your branded app and modules, and launch support. Setup is billed separately from your subscription. If we agree on work , we bill it at $120/hour in addition.

12-month initial subscription. After you are live, service is billed monthly or annually (annual billing saves 10% compared with twelve separate monthly payments). Your agreement includes a minimum twelve-month initial term so we can invest in a solid launch and ongoing support. When that term completes, subscription typically continues in successive 12-month periods unless your contract describes something different.
