No. GrovLink is designed for nonprofit staff, not developers. The admin dashboard is simple enough for a program coordinator or communications manager to operate day-to-day.

Current modules include Services Directory, Events, Intake & Service Request Forms, Volunteer Coordination, Donor Engagement, Push Notifications, Class Tools (e.g. Goal Tracker and Simple Budget for participants), and Multi-Site / Affiliate support. New modules are added regularly.

Yes. This is a core feature. Organizations with affiliates, chapters, or campuses can scope content per location, so clients in one city see relevant services without seeing unrelated content from another location.

Yes. Each paid plan includes a 12-month minimum commitment after your app is live. When that term ends, your subscription renews in 12-month terms unless your agreement states otherwise. GrovLink isn't a self-serve, cancel-anytime product. Onboarding is hands-on and custom setup takes time. The specifics will always be in your written agreement.

Your subscription covers the branded app, hosting, App Store and Google Play fees, platform updates, and support. You can pay monthly or yearly; annual billing is 10% less than twelve monthly payments. No hidden costs, no per-user fees.

Starter plans include email support. Growth plans include priority support. Program clients get a dedicated account manager. We're a small team and we take support seriously.
